- 🍗 6 chicken drumsticks (360g)
- 🥬 1/3 daikon radish (400g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add eggs, and cook for 6 minutes to make soft-boiled eggs. Cool in cold water and peel.
Cut the daikon radish into 2cm slices, then halve each slice to create half-moon shapes.
Mix the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) in the rice cooker pot. Add daikon and chicken drumsticks, spreading them evenly. Start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, gently mix the contents and add the boiled eggs. Let sit for 15 minutes to absorb flavors.
