- 100g canned bamboo shoots
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seafood
- 1 tbsp dried wakame
Condiments
- 2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
Liquids
- 100cc water
Toppings
- To taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Soak dried wakame in plenty of water to rehydrate, then drain.
Slice bamboo shoots thinly and julienne the ginger.
In a microwave-safe container, mix noodle sauce and water. Add bamboo shoots and wakame, then mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Let the dish sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve in a dish, topped with ginger and sesame seeds.
