    • 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
    • 100g bamboo shoots (boiled)
    • 2 tbsp dried seaweed
  • Seasonings

    • đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • đź’§ 100cc water

STEPS

Soak the dried seaweed in a bowl of water according to package instructions, then drain well.

Cut the bamboo shoots into wedges and thin slices as described.

Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then slice into 1cm strips.

Mix the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a microwave-safe container. Add bamboo shoots and tofu, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.

Add the seaweed to the container, mix gently, cover again, and let it cool to room temperature.
