    • 150g ball konjac
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp mirin
    • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
    • đź’§ 80ml water
    • Pinch of sliced chili

STEPS

Place the ball konjac in a microwave-safe container, add enough water to cover the konjac, and loosely cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Drain the water.

Return the konjac to the container, add all the seasoning ingredients, and mix well. Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 8 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature.
