- 6 boiled baby octopus
Vegetables

- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sliced black olives

- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 🍅 200g canned whole tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- đź§‚ Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried parsley for garnish

STEPS
Mince the onion.
Heat olive oil and grated garlic in a pot over medium heat until fragrant. Add minced onion and a pinch of salt, then sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add canned tomatoes, sliced black olives, consomme powder, and water. Simmer over medium heat until the mixture reduces to 2/3 of its original volume.
Add the boiled baby octopus and gently mix. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate and garnish with dried parsley.
