INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🌠2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 70g shungiku
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- đź’§ 400ml water
STEPS
Cut the root off the shungiku and separate the stems and leaves. Slice the stems diagonally into 3cm pieces and cut the leaves into 3cm pieces.
Slice the sausages diagonally into three equal pieces.
In a pot, add sausages and the seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, pepper, and water). Heat over medium heat until boiling. Add shungiku stems and frozen corn, cover, and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes until sausages are cooked.
Add the shungiku leaves and cook briefly until softened.
