    • 🍤 4 pieces shrimp tempura (120g)
  • Vegetables

    • 10cm grated daikon (300g)
    • 50g shimeji mushrooms
    • 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Seasonings

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • đź’§ 100ml water

Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.

Cut the shrimp tempura into bite-sized pieces.

Heat the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, ginger, and water) in a pan until boiling. Add the shimeji mushrooms and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add the grated daikon to the pan and mix well. Then, add the shrimp tempura and simmer briefly.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
