INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 15-18 shrimp
- 1 pack udon noodles
Seasonings
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Rinse the shrimp under running water and drain well.
Slice the green onion thinly for making scallion oil.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add the sliced green onion.
Add the shrimp, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper to the pan.
Boil the udon noodles in a pot of water for about 2 minutes.
Drain the cooked udon noodles and add them to the pan with the shrimp.
Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 tsp soy sauce to the pan.
Finish by adding 1 tsp sesame oil for a nutty aroma.
