    • 1 pack udon noodles

STEPS

Rinse the shrimp under running water and drain well.

Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add the sliced green onion.

Add the shrimp, minced garlic, and a pinch of black pepper to the pan.

Boil the udon noodles in a pot of water for about 2 minutes.
