- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍋 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pack of radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- Pinch of black pepper
- Sliced chili to taste
STEPS
Juice and zest the lemon. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water to remove bitterness, then drain. Trim the radish sprouts and cut them in half.
Clean the peeled shrimp and remove the vein. Mix shrimp with sake and salt in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Drain excess liquid.
In a bowl, mix the fish sauce, sugar, pepper, and chili. Add the lemon juice, zest, onion, radish sprouts, and shrimp, then toss until well combined.
