    • 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)

    • 🍤 12 peeled shrimp (180g)
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 1 green leaf
  • Condiments

    • đźź© 2 sheets roasted seaweed
    • 1 tsp salad oil
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt
    • 1 tbsp potato starch
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1 tsp ketchup
    • 🍬 Pinch of sugar
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Place in a bowl, add salt and potato starch, and massage thoroughly.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they change color. Turn off the heat, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, and salt and pepper, then mix well. Let cool slightly.

Tear the green leaf into bite-sized pieces.

On a sheet of plastic wrap, layer roasted seaweed, 1/4 of the rice, half of the green leaf, 6 shrimp, and another 1/4 of the rice. Wrap with seaweed to form a package. Repeat to make 2 packages. Let sit for 10 minutes, then cut in half.
