INGREDIENTS
Pastry
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry (20x20cm)
Seafood
- 🦐 50g boiled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌽 3 tbsp frozen corn
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
Dry Ingredients
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Cheese
- 🧀 Cheese for pizza, as needed
Herbs
- Parsley, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Pinch of consomme
- 🥛 100ml milk
STEPS
Slice the onion thinly.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté onion and corn until softened, add flour and cook until no raw flour remains. Add seasoning ingredients and stir until thickened. Let cool.
Dust a cutting board with flour, cut thawed puff pastry into 4 squares, poke holes with a fork, fold into triangles, and make diamond shapes by cutting and folding edges.
Place pastry on a baking tray, brush with egg yolk, top with the cooled filling and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10–15 minutes until golden brown.
