INGREDIENTS

Oil

- 100g okonomiyaki flour

- 🥄 1 tbsp mayonnaise
STEPS
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rinse lightly in water, and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper.
In a bowl, mix the okonomiyaki flour and water, then add mayonnaise and mix until smooth.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 180°C, coat the shrimp thoroughly in the batter, and fry until golden brown while turning them. Serve on a plate with salt on the side.
