INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 1 cup frozen shrimp
- đź§… 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 1 egg
- đź§… 1/2 onion, chopped
- A small amount of bell pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
STEPS
Wash the frozen shrimp under running water and chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and add the chopped green onion to make scallion oil.
Add the prepared vegetables and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Push the shrimp and vegetables to one side of the pan. Add a little more cooking oil to the empty side and crack an egg.
Combine the scrambled egg with the shrimp and vegetables, and stir-fry together.
Add one bowl of cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
Add 1 tbsp of oyster sauce and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
