  • Egg

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Vegetables

    • 🥒 1/2 cup chopped zucchini
    • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    • 🌱 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • Seafood

    • 🍤 10 frozen shrimp
  • Sauce

    • 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce

    • 🌾 1/2 cup flour
    • 🥚 1/4 cup beaten egg
    • 🍞 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil

    • 1/2 cup cooking oil

Chop zucchini, bell pepper, and chives into small pieces.
