  • Shrimp

    • 🍤 8 peeled shrimp (100g)
    • 1 tsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Egg

    • 🥚 1 egg
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Shrimp Chili Sauce

    • 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
    • đź’§ 1 tbsp water
  • Vegetable

    • đź§… 10cm minced green onion
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Mince the green onion.

Prepare the shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and patting dry. Mix with sake and cornstarch.

In a bowl, beat the egg and mix with sugar and salt/pepper. In another bowl, combine ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, doubanjiang, and water.

Heat half the salad oil in a pan, pour in the egg mixture, and stir quickly to scramble until cooked. Remove and let cool.

Wipe the pan clean, heat the remaining oil, and stir-fry the shrimp until color changes. Add green onion and stir briefly. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until slightly thickened.

Pack the cooked rice into a bento box, layer the scrambled eggs, and top with the shrimp chili mixture.
