INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (300g) warm rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 scallion
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Butter
- 🧈 10g salted butter for cooking
- 🧈 10g salted butter for finishing
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Cut the scallion into two 4cm pieces, slice one thinly, and mince the other. Soak the sliced scallion in water and drain.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add minced scallion, and sauté on low heat until fragrant.
Add peeled shrimp and stir-fry on medium heat, then add warm rice and stir until rice becomes fluffy.
Add soy sauce, chicken stock powder, and salt and pepper. Stir well, plate, and top with finishing butter and sliced scallion.
