INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 2 bunches (60g) watercress
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Shrimp Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Main Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse in water, and pat dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl and mix with the shrimp seasoning ingredients.
Cut the watercress into 2–3 sections and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add the seasoned shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the watercress and stir-fry for about 1 minute until slightly wilted. Mix in the main seasoning ingredients and stir-fry to combine.
