INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 3 turnips, peeled and cut into wedges
- 3cm width chopped turnip leaves
- đź§„ 1 clove minced garlic
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Remove the vein from the shrimp.
Peel the turnips and cut into 8 wedges. Chop turnip leaves into 3cm widths. Mince the garlic.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant. Add turnips and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the shrimp changes color.
Add sake, cover the pan, and steam over low-medium heat for 1 minute.
Remove the lid, add turnip leaves, and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Add the seasoning ingredients and mix well.
