    • 🍅 1 tomato (150g), quartered
  • Eggs

    • 🥚 2 eggs
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt
    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Oil

    • 1 tbsp salad oil

Cut the tomato into quarters after removing the stem.

Peel the shrimp, devein, and pat dry with a paper towel.

Mix eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl to create egg mixture.

Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently to create scrambled eggs. Remove when semi-cooked.

Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining oil, and sauté shrimp with garlic until they turn white. Add tomato and stir-fry to evaporate moisture.
