Seasoning
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon

- Salad oil: 1 tablespoon
STEPS
Wrap the tofu in kitchen paper, gently drain the water, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, stir-fry the shrimp, and set them aside.
Add onions to the same frying pan and stir-fry until they become translucent.
Return the shrimp and tofu to the pan with the onions, add all the seasoning, and stir-fry while lightly mixing.
Once everything is cooked through, it's finished.
