    • 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 5 leaves sunny lettuce
    • 🥑 1/2 avocado
    • 1 tbsp dried wakame
  • Condiments

    • 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Cheese Dressing

    • 36g cream cheese
    • 🥛 2 tbsp milk
    • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
    • 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    • 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

STEPS

Tear sunny lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit and peel the avocado, cut into 1cm cubes, and sprinkle with lemon juice. Rehydrate wakame in plenty of water and drain.

Boil water in a pot, add peeled shrimp, and cook for about 2 minutes until the color changes and fully cooked. Drain and let cool.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese until smooth, then add the remaining cheese dressing ingredients and combine.

Arrange sunny lettuce, avocado, wakame, and shrimp on a plate, then drizzle with cheese dressing.
