INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
- 120g sliced squid
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- đź§„ A pinch of grated garlic
Aurora Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥚 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Topping
- A pinch of chopped parsley
STEPS
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp. Wash with water and pat dry using kitchen paper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, squid, and grated garlic. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Turn off the heat and add the Aurora sauce ingredients (ketchup, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper). Mix well.
Plate the dish and sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
