    • 🦪 5 scallops
    • 🍤 10 shrimp
  • Dairy

    • 🧈 2 tbsp butter
    • 🧀 Grated Reggiano cheese, to taste
  • Vegetables

    • 🧄 10 cloves garlic
    • 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
    • 5 black olives
  • Seasoning

    • 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • A pinch of rosemary
    • A pinch of thyme
    • 🧂 A pinch of black pepper

STEPS

Slice garlic, cherry tomatoes, and black olives in half.

Cut scallops in half and pat dry with a kitchen towel along with shrimp.

Season scallops and shrimp with black pepper.

Heat a pan and melt 2 tbsp of butter.

Add garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.

Add scallops and shrimp to the pan and stir-fry.

Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice and continue stir-frying.

Add cherry tomatoes, black olives, rosemary, and thyme to the pan and stir-fry.
