    • 🍝 200g spaghetti
  • Seafood

    • 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
  • Vegetables

    • 125g pea sprouts
  • Dairy

    • 🥛 300ml milk
    • 🧈 20g salted butter
    • 🧀 Grated cheese, as needed
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
    • Pinch of pepper
  • Oil

    • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • Flour

    • 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Garnish

    • Chopped parsley, as needed

STEPS

Cut the pea sprouts into 4cm pieces and remove the roots.

Wash the peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.

Boil water in a pot, add salt, and cook spaghetti 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add shrimp, and cook until color changes. Remove from pan.

In the same pan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add flour and stir until no longer powdery. Gradually add milk, stirring until thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add spaghetti, cooked shrimp, and pea sprouts to the sauce. Stir until pea sprouts are wilted.

Serve on plates and garnish with grated cheese and chopped parsley.
