INGREDIENTS
Dumpling Wrappers
- 16 dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
- 50g ground chicken breast
- đź§… 10cm (30g) green onion
- 4 okra (40g)
Sauce
- đź§… 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
Seasoning
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
STEPS
Chop half of the shrimp finely and leave the other half in larger pieces for texture.
Mix the chopped shrimp, ground chicken, green onion, okra, and seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Place a small amount of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper and seal the edges tightly.
Boil the dumplings in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chopped green onion, vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil in a small bowl.
Serve the dumplings hot with the prepared sauce.
