INGREDIENTS

- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍄 100g maitake mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Condiments
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp pasta cooking water
- 2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Break maitake mushrooms into small pieces by hand. Slice garlic thinly and remove the core.
Wash peeled shrimp with water and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil water in a pot, add salt (not listed in ingredients) and cook spaghetti 30 seconds less than the package instructions. Reserve 4 tbsp of cooking water and drain the spaghetti.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and maitake mushrooms, cooking over medium heat until maitake softens.
Add pasta cooking water, noodle sauce, and butter to the pan, stirring until evenly combined.
Add the spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat with the sauce.
