INGREDIENTS

- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 200g lotus root
- 100g mizuna greens
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp ketchup
STEPS
Slice the lotus root into thin pieces and soak in water to remove excess starch.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the shrimp until cooked through.
Add the lotus root and mizuna greens to the pan and stir-fry until tender.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated.
