    • 🍚 4 bowls cooked rice (800g)
  • Seafood

    • 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
  • Egg

    • 🥚 4 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetables

    • 🥬 4 lettuce leaves (120g)
    • đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion (80g), chopped
  • Oil

    • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt for shrimp seasoning
    • đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt for rice seasoning
    • Pinch of pepper
    • 20g Chinese broth paste

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and chop green onion finely.

Mix peeled shrimp with sake and salt in a bowl, let it sit for 5 minutes, then pat dry.

Heat 1 tbsp salad oil in a pan over medium heat, sauté green onion until fragrant, add shrimp and cook until color changes, then set aside.

In the same pan, heat remaining 1 tbsp salad oil over medium heat, scramble eggs until semi-cooked, add rice, and stir-fry. Mix in seasonings and finally add lettuce, stirring briefly.
