INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 8 shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🍋 1 lemon
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Slice 2 thin rounds of lemon and squeeze the rest for juice.
Thinly slice the onion, dice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes into 1cm cubes.
Chop the cilantro into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and devein the shrimp, wash thoroughly, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
In a bowl, mix lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Add all ingredients and mix well. Let it sit to allow flavors to meld.
