- 1/2 bunch chopped komatsuna
Seasoning

STEPS
Prepare the shrimp by removing veins if necessary, pat dry, and coat with cornstarch. Chop the komatsuna into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and grated garlic, then stir-fry until the shrimp turns white.
Add chopped komatsuna and the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, mirin). Stir-fry until the komatsuna softens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
