STEPS

Slice king oyster mushrooms into thirds and thinly slice. Thinly slice onion and mince garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and chili. Once fragrant, add mushrooms and onion, cooking until softened. Add shrimp and cook until white.

Add tomato cream sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream and mix well. Serve garnished with parsley.
