STEPS
Cut the hanpen into 2 cm cubes.

Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp and hanpen until the shrimp changes color.
Season with salt and pepper, then pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently until semi-cooked.
Pour the prepared sauce over the cooked mixture and serve over rice.
