- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables

- 100g bok choy
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- đź§„ 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍅 50g tomato puree
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- đź’§ 100ml water
STEPS
Marinate shrimp with sake, salt, and cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry shrimp until cooked.
Remove shrimp and stir-fry green onion, bok choy, ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang.
Add beaten eggs and cook until fluffy.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour into the pan. Stir until thickened.
Return shrimp to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Serve hot and enjoy.
