INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🦐 4 steamed shrimp
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp ketchup
Seaweed
- 2 sheets roasted seaweed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Herbs
- Parsley to taste
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
STEPS
Mix eggs with sugar, soy sauce, and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the egg mixture over medium heat, stirring with chopsticks until set.
Finely chop parsley.
Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in a bowl, then add steamed shrimp and combine.
Combine cooked rice and scrambled eggs in a separate bowl, then divide into 4 portions.
Place each portion on plastic wrap, shape into balls, and wrap with halved roasted seaweed sheets.
Top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle chopped parsley.
