    • 🍠 150g sweet potato
    • 150g lotus root
    • 3 green peppers (90g)
  • Seasoning

    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp salad oil
  • Sauce

    • 💧 80cc water
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp black vinegar
    • 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1 tsp cornstarch

STEPS

Cut sweet potato, lotus root, and green peppers into bite-sized pieces.

Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and sake, then coat with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry shrimp until cooked. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, stir-fry sweet potato, lotus root, and green peppers until tender.

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour into the pan. Stir until thickened.

Add shrimp back to the pan and coat evenly with the sauce.
