    • 🦐 4 peeled shrimp (60g)
  • Vegetables

    • 100g chrysanthemum greens
    • 🧅 10cm green onion
  • Dressing

    • 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
    • 1 tbsp vinegar
    • 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
    • 坚果 1 tsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp and rinse with water.

Separate chrysanthemum greens into stems and leaves. Cut leaves into bite-sized pieces and stems into thin diagonal slices. Slice the green onion thinly.

Boil water in a pot, add salt (not included in the recipe), and cook the shrimp until they change color. Drain and cut diagonally in half.

Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.

Add green onion and shrimp to the dressing and mix. Then add chrysanthemum greens and toss lightly.
