INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 150g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🍤 5 peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 190g cabbage, chopped
Eggs
- 🥚 1 egg
Oils
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the egg, and cook until semi-cooked. Remove and set aside.
Add sesame oil to the same pan and heat. Stir-fry the cabbage over medium heat until softened.
Add shrimp to the pan and stir-fry briefly until the color changes. Add the rice and stir to coat evenly with oil.
Add the cooked egg back to the pan along with the seasonings (salt, pepper, sesame seeds). Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
