INGREDIENTS
Seafood
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/3 head broccoli
- 1 king oyster mushroom (70g)
- 🧅 10cm green onion (10g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- Pinch of pepper
STEPS
Place peeled shrimp in a bowl, add sake and cornstarch, and massage gently.
Separate broccoli into small florets and cut the stem into six pieces. Microwave with 1 tbsp water for 2 minutes at 600W, then drain. Cut king oyster mushroom into bite-sized pieces. Mince green onion and garlic.
Mix all chili sauce ingredients (ketchup, sugar, doubanjiang, chicken stock powder, water, pepper) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced green onion and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add shrimp and king oyster mushroom, cooking until shrimp changes color. Add broccoli and chili sauce, stir-frying for 2 minutes until thickened.
