STEPS
Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mince the garlic.
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp.
Heat olive oil, chili, and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
