- 80g bitter melon, sliced

- 150cc olive oil

- 1 tsp sliced chili

STEPS
Cut the bitter melon in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice into 3mm pieces. Rub with salt until softened, rinse with water, and drain. Crush the garlic clove and remove its core.
Pat the peeled shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bitter melon and shrimp, and cook over medium heat for about 3 minutes until shrimp changes color.
