STEPS
Dice the baby cheese and avocado into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix avocado, cheese, shrimp, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Place the filling onto the spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edge with the flour-water mixture.
Heat salad oil in a pan to 170°C and fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
