INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
- 🥦 4 stalks asparagus (80g)
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Shrimp Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
STEPS
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry. Place in a bowl and marinate with the shrimp marinade ingredients.
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut into diagonal slices (4cm wide). Slice the garlic thinly.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add asparagus and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute. Add shrimp and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the seasoning ingredients and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
