    • 5 shiso leaves
  • Cheese

Cut the shiso leaves in half. Place a shiso leaf on a dumpling wrapper without overlapping the edges. Add 5g of shredded cheese in the center. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water and fold it in half, sealing tightly.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil over medium heat. Arrange the dumplings in the pan and cook for about 1 minute until golden brown. Flip and cook until both sides are crispy. Serve with ketchup on the side.
