INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chirimen jako
- 14 shishito peppers
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Mix all the seasonings (☆) in a bowl.
Cut off the stems of the shishito peppers using kitchen scissors and slice them diagonally in half. Add them to the bowl.
Add chirimen jako to the bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Let the dish cool to room temperature before serving.
