Place the frozen udon in a microwave-safe container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water and drain well.

In a bowl, mix the mentsuyu and water. Add the udon noodles, then top with shirasu, shiso leaves, and grated daikon radish. Serve immediately.
