INGREDIENTS
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seafood
- 30g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 50g mizuna, chopped
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic, sliced
Spices
- Pinch of sliced chili
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
STEPS
Cut mizuna into 4cm pieces and slice garlic, removing the core.
Place frozen udon on a microwave-safe plate, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat according to package instructions at 600W.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over low heat until garlic turns golden.
Turn off the heat, add udon and soy sauce, and mix well. Add mizuna and toss lightly.
Serve on a plate and top with dried shirasu.
