Cut the processed cheese into quarters and place them on a cooking sheet, spaced apart. Top each piece with shirasu and sprinkle white sesame seeds. Microwave at 600W for about 4 minutes until the cheese turns golden brown, monitoring closely.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, wasabi, vinegar, salt, olive oil) thoroughly. Add the tomatoes, baby leaf greens, and lettuce, and toss to combine.
