INGREDIENTS
Seaweed
- 60g salted wakame
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
STEPS
Wash the salted wakame in water. Place it in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients) and soak for 3–4 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add wakame and dried shirasu, stir-frying until the oil coats the ingredients evenly.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, grated ginger) and stir-fry until the liquid reduces by half. Add white sesame seeds and mix well.
