INGREDIENTS
Tofu
- 2 pieces thick fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🍅 4 mini tomatoes
- 4 basil leaves
Seafood
- 4 tsp shirasu (whitebait)
Dairy
- đź§€ 4 slices of cheese
Condiments
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- đź§‚ Pinch of black pepper

- 2 tbsp salad oil
STEPS
Mix ketchup and Tabasco in a bowl.
Remove the stems from mini tomatoes and cut them in half. Cut the thick fried tofu in half and make a slit in the center.
Spread the sauce inside the slit, then stuff with mini tomatoes, folded cheese slices, basil leaves, and shirasu.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed tofu in the pan and press gently with a spatula. Cook each side for 3 minutes until golden brown. Cut into bite-sized pieces, plate, and sprinkle with black pepper.
